The Eno app allows you to stream the sensor data from Enophone, in order to track your mental fitness scores. The status indicator will help identify and resolve any issues with the data streaming from Enophone.
The status indicator
The Eno app’s status indicator lets you know if Enophone is properly connected, and if the sensors are adjusted properly. The status indicator will also be reflected in the Eno logo in your computer’s toolbar.
The status indicator uses 5 colors to reflect Enophone’s status:
If the status indicator is green, it means that Enophone is actively tracking and storing your mental fitness scores. Any color other than green indicates that your sensor data and mental fitness scores are not currently being tracked. This can occur for a number of reasons:
- Red status: Enophone is streaming, but is not currently being worn (or, the sensor contact is insufficient to track your mental fitness scores)
- Orange status: Enophone is streaming, but the sensor contact is currently unstable. Orange statuses will typically change to red or green after a few seconds.
- Grey status: Enophone is connected, but the data stream is problematic.
- Black status: Enophone is not currently connected to the Eno app.

Hovering your mouse over the status indicator will provide additional context to help troubleshoot your connection:
Each state will provide additional details about the status of Enophone's connection, and provide steps you can take to improve the connection. If you are unable to resolve the issue, you can click the "more details" link for additional information and troubleshooting.

The color of the status indicator will also be reflected in the Eno app's toolbar icon anytime the Eno app is open.
For MacOS, this is located at the top right of your computer.
For Windows, this is located at the bottom right of your computer.
