I haven't received my Enophones

As of May 2022, Eno has officially shipped all outstanding Enophone pre-orders. If you ordered Enophone but have yet to receive yours, it is likely because we need you to confirm your shipping address prior to sending the unit.

To receive your Enophone, follow the instructions below corresponding with the platform used to order your Enophone. If you are unsure which platform you used, reach out to hello@enophone.com and we are happy to help. 

Kickstarter or Indiegogo

In order to receive your Enophone, we need you to confirm your shipping information. You can do this by filling in your Backerkit Survey:

  • Follow the URL below to access Backerkit.
  • Enter the email address associated with your Kickstarter/Indiegogo account to receive a unique link to your account. 
  • Follow the link sent to your email address, and follow the prompts to update your shipping information. Be sure that this information is accurate, as any mistakes may result in delays receiving your Enophones or additional costs. 

Once your survey is filled out, please email hello@enophone.com with subject line "backerkit survey" to let us know that you are ready to receive your email. We do not receive notifications from backerkit, so there may be delays if you don't reach out. 

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Kickstarter/Indiegogo account, we can update it to a new email. For a security check, please email the following to hello@enophone.com: 

  • Your full name 
  • The email address currently associated with your account 
  • The old shipping address currently associated with your account 
  • Your desired new email address 

Shortly after you fill out the survey, we will ship your Enophones and provide a tracking number via email. Note that it may take up to a week for our logistics team to process your info and issue the tracking number. If you need any help with the process at any point, please reach out by email at hello@enophone.com.

Please note that because sales taxes were not charged during the campaign, you will need to pay your country’s local sales tax before receiving the product. Your country’s customs office will contact you by email or phone regarding this after they receive the product. Failure to respond promptly will result in your Enophone being destroyed by Customs, leading to additional delays and costs, so please keep a close eye on your email’s spam filter.

  • Follow the prompts to enter your information. Please ensure that the email address matches the email used at checkout when purchasing the product. 

Once your survey is filled out, please email hello@enophone.com with subject line "customer survey" to let us know that you are ready to receive your email. If you are unsure if the email address you entered is correct, please mention this in the email you send. We do not receive notifications from the survey, so there may be delays if you don't reach out.
