Eno issues tracking numbers on all Enophone orders, allowing you to track your shipment as it arrives. 

Tracking numbers are typically sent by email within a few days of your order being picked up from Eno's warehouse by the shipping company. Note that it may take as long as 1 week after ordering for orders to be processed and fulfilled by the warehouse prior to shipping. 

Tracking your order 

You can track your Enophone order by entering your tracking number into Floship's portal. 

You can also enter your tracking number into the platform of the shipping company used for your product (eg: FedEx, DHL, USPS, PostNL). These shipping companies may also operate phone lines, or other forms of customer service that can help you locate your product. 

If your order stops moving

If your order's tracking has stopped providing updates for more than 4 days, it may be because your product is being held by Customs. If this is the case, you will need to respond to customs in order to pay any import taxes or duties before your product is released.
